The CodeCraft project is a dynamic web application developed using ASP.NET, specifically designed to facilitate the generation of Python code blocks within the front-end interface using C# code.

As the project manager, I orchestrated a team of 18 students, ensuring effective communication channels with the client and driving the project towards success.

Recognized as one of the most impactful contributors, I demonstrated dedication and leadership throughout the project. Key accomplishments of this project include:

  1. Ensured timely completion of project deliverables by meticulously monitoring the team's progress.

  2. Conducted seven usability studies with real users, gathering valuable UX feedback and transforming these insights into analytical reports.

  3. Utilized these reports to make informed decisions in the project's agile development process.
